To fix a jammed machine well, our vending machine technicians will assess the extent of the jam, examining internal mechanisms and identifying the root cause.
They then open the vending machine’s delivery area and remove the obstructing item. Then, they will adjust or repair the malfunctioning part that is causing the jam. Then they will try and test the machine again to ensure it functions properly before returning it for service.
